At LTE Language Training, we believe that effective language training should help people communicate more confidently in the situations they face every day at work.
After more than 18 years of teaching and training professionals across a wide range of industries, we saw a common problem: many language courses focused on general English rather than the specific communication challenges employees encounter in their roles. Meetings, presentations, negotiations, customer conversations and technical discussions require a different approach.
That is why LTE was created. We design practical, industry-focused training that reflects the language, terminology and workplace situations that matter most to your organisation. Founder & English Language Trainer
Alexander has been teaching English since 2008 and specialises in practical, workplace-focused language training. He has worked with professionals from a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, logistics, laboratory services, higher education and professional services.
His training focuses on helping participants communicate more confidently and effectively in the situations they actually encounter at work.

Elena Nef
German Language Trainer Elena is a native German speaker and has been teaching German since 2013. She has taught in four countries and across a wide range of settings, including schools, companies and integration programmes for migrants and asylum seekers in Germany.
With a background in politics and sociology, she brings extensive experience of working with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds. Her training focuses on practical German that helps participants communicate confidently in everyday life and the workplace.
